Booking Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via the online booking platform or by phone. A confirmation email is sent once booking is complete. Appointment availability may vary by date. Patients are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for intake and pre-visit preparation.
Refund Policy
Appointments canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
