Booking Policy
All appointments with NU Fertility must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Appointment availability is subject to provider schedules and confirmation. Once a booking is completed, clients will receive a confirmation email with appointment details. Any changes or rescheduling requests must be made within the time frames specified at the time of booking. NU Fertility reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be notified promptly and assisted with rescheduling options.
Refund Policy
All payments made to NU Fertility are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled sessions. In cases where NU Fertility cancels an appointment, clients may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
