Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online platform or by phone. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling. Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical information prior to consultations to ensure proper care and service delivery.
Refund Policy
NU Fertility offers partial refunds for canceled appointments made at least 48 hours in advance. Diagnostic tests, lab services, and completed consultations are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.
