Booking Policy
All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation. Appointments are not reserved without completed payment. Patients must provide accurate contact and medical information. Confirmation details are sent immediately after successful payment and scheduling.
Refund Policy
All payments are final once an appointment is confirmed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may reschedule one time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling under any circumstances.
