4) How We Share Information

A. With Providers for Booking Fulfillment

If you request or book an appointment, we share the necessary booking and contact details with the selected provider so they can confirm and deliver the consultation. Provider emails may be displayed so that patients can contact providers directly by email.

5) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

  • PayPal (Payments):

PayPal processes payments and may collect payment and identity verification information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • Zoom (Virtual Consultations):

GynMora integrates with Zoom to enable virtual consultations. When a provider chooses to connect their Zoom account, we request authorization to create and manage meetings on their behalf using Zoom’s secure OAuth process.

We do not access, monitor, or store Zoom meeting content or recordings. Any data processed by Zoom in connection with a virtual consultation is governed by Zoom’s own privacy policy and terms.

Providers may revoke GynMora’s access to their Zoom account at any time through their Zoom account settings.
