Terms and Conditions Welcome to Gynmora, a platform that connects patients with fertility doctors for in-person or virtual consultations. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GynMora (“GynMora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including gynmora.com and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, including patients and healthcare providers (“Providers”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.


2. Nature of the Platform

GynMora is a technology platform that allows patients to request and book consultations with independent healthcare providers for in-person or virtual appointments.

GynMora:

  • Is not a healthcare provider

  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Does not employ Providers

  • Does not control clinical decisions

  • Does not supervise medical services

All Providers are independent professionals solely responsible for the services they offer.

Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with GynMora.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.


4. Account Registration

Patients

You must create an account to book appointments. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Providers

Providers must create an account and represent that:

  • All professional information is accurate and up to date

  • They hold all required licenses and certifications

  • They maintain appropriate malpractice or professional liability coverage

  • They comply with all applicable healthcare laws

GynMora reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides inaccurate or misleading information.


5. Booking and Payment Terms

Patient Payments

When booking an appointment, you agree to pay:

  • The Provider’s consultation fee (as set by the Provider), and

  • A $7 non-refundable platform processing fee payable to GynMora.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including PayPal). GynMora does not store full payment card information.

Provider Payments

Provider consultation fees are collected and held until the appointment is marked completed.

After completion, Providers may request payout through their dashboard.

Payout requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

GynMora is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

GynMora reserves the right to deduct applicable platform fees before remitting payment.


6. Provider Subscription

Providers must pay a $30 monthly subscription fee to remain listed on the Platform.

  • Subscription fees are automatically billed.

  • Providers are responsible for canceling their subscription if they wish to discontinue use.

  • No refunds will be issued for subscription payments already processed.

GynMora reserves the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable notice.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

Patients

Consultation fee refunds are governed by the individual Provider’s cancellation policy.

The $7 platform processing fee is non-refundable.

GynMora is not responsible for managing or enforcing Provider refund policies.

Providers

Providers are responsible for managing appointment cancellations and rescheduling in accordance with their own policies.


8. Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations may be conducted using third-party services such as Zoom.

By participating in a virtual consultation, you acknowledge:

  • GynMora does not control Zoom’s systems or security.

  • Technical failures or interruptions are outside GynMora’s control.

  • Zoom’s privacy policy and terms apply to its services.

GynMora is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by third-party platforms.


9. No Medical Advice & Emergency Disclaimer

GynMora does not provide medical advice.

All medical consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and recommendations are solely the responsibility of the Provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Do not use GynMora for emergency medical needs.


10. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

  • To provide truthful information

  • Not to misuse the Platform

  • Not to engage in fraud, impersonation, or unlawful conduct

  • Not to interfere with Platform operations

  • Not to post defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on GynMora, including logos, branding, text, and design elements, is owned by GynMora or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

By submitting reviews, profiles, or content to the Platform, you grant GynMora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content for platform-related purposes.


12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Providers are solely responsible for complying with applicable patient data protection laws, including HIPAA where applicable.


13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

GynMora makes no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy of Provider information

  • The quality or outcome of medical services

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GynMora shall not be liable for:

  • Any medical malpractice or professional negligence by Providers

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Technical failures beyond our control

GynMora’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total platform fees paid to GynMora by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GynMora, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Provider medical services (for Providers)

  • Any unlawful or negligent conduct


16. Termination

GynMora may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.


18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
