Welcome to Gynmora, a platform that connects patients with fertility doctors for in-person or virtual consultations. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.

1. Services Provided

Gynmora allows patients to book appointments with fertility specialists for both in-person and virtual consultations. Doctors set their consultation fees, and Gynmora charges a $7 processing fee for each appointment booked through the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • Patients: You must register for an account to book appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Doctors: You must register for an account to list your services on Gynmora. By creating a doctor profile, you represent that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Patients: Upon booking an appointment, you agree to pay the doctor’s fee,along with a $7 non-refundable processing fee to Gynmora. The booking is only confirmed once the payment is processed.
  • Doctors: You are solely responsible for setting your consultation fees. Payments are collected through the platform, and Gynmora reserves the right to deduct the $7 processing fee before remitting the payment to you.

4. Doctor Subscription

Doctors must pay a $30 monthly subscription fee to remain listed on the Gynmora platform. This fee is automatically charged each month, and it is the doctor’s responsibility to cancel the subscription if they wish to stop using the service. No refunds will be issued for subscription payments already made.

Gynmora reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice. In the event of changes, existing subscribers will be informed via email or through their account dashboard.

5. Doctor Payment Process (Escrow)

Doctors’ fees for consultations are collected and held in escrow until the appointment has been successfully completed. After the completion of a service, doctors can request a payout through their dashboard. Payout requests take 3-5 business days to process, and the funds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the doctor.

Gynmora is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors. Doctors are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

6. Cancelations and Refunds

  • Patients: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please refer to the cancelation policy of the individual doctor, as Gynmora is not responsible for managing refunds for consultation fees.
  • Doctors: Subscription cancelations can be made at any time, but the current month’s fee will not be refunded. Doctors are responsible for managing cancelations and ensuring that future payments are halted.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not misuse the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, identity theft, or malicious conduct.
  • Refrain from posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access to Gynmora.

8. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Gynmora is a facilitator and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All interactions between patients and doctors are solely the responsibility of the involved parties. Gynmora is not liable for any outcomes arising from consultations, treatments, or advice provided by doctors on the platform. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare providers for any medical concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, trademarks, and designs on the Gynmora website, is the property of GynMora or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on the platform without express written permission.

By posting reviews, profiles, or other content on the platform, you grant Gynmora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute this content for platform-related purposes.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Gynmora takes user privacy seriously and implements reasonable safeguards to protect personal and sensitive data. For details on how we collect and use your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you are a healthcare provider, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding the protection of patient data, including HIPAA (if applicable).

11. Modifications to Terms

Gynmora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Gynmora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any errors, delays, or interruptions in the services provided. This limitation of liability applies to both patients and doctors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
